1. IS THIS A BUSINESS OR PRIVATE SALE ?
TINTOY is a private website with items from my own collection
2. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM ?
Items a generally sold "as is".
As you will see I put a lot of work in the photos, so you
will have the best possibility to view and examine the items before you choose to buy.
However should a problem occur I will do everything to assist you.
But as said returns are only accepted if agreed.
Apart from that I have never met a buyer
who wanted to return an item - so I think I can say that you will
be happy with your buy.
3. IS IT SAFE ?
I have been trading on eBay since 1997 with only 100 %
positive rating. So yes, this is safe.
4. WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT ?
You can either pay by PayPal (see www.paypal.com)
This way you may use your credit card.
OR
You can transfer the amount due including shipping charges
to our bank account. Shipping will follow immediately upon
receipt of payment.
5. WHAT ABOUT TAXES ?
If you live inside the E.U. you will not pay taxes.
If you live outside, please check with your local customs.
In the U.S. for instance, taxes may apply.
6. A WORD ON SHIPPING:
All items are shipped through Danish Post or PNL.
